A partnership between the City of Vancouver and Concert Properties enabled a pilot project called Social Animators to take place, and then was evaluated. The Social Animator initiative is a social engagement program that renters could participate in and uses resident engagement to create social opportunities! It sounds a lot like our Community Animator's but in residential buildings!
