The Collective Outreach Program will be utilizing the Lloydminster public library to host outreach agencies in a central location for community members. A community resource brochure rack will be created and included will be a community phone. A secondary goal of the project will be to train all interagency staff to support vulnerable residents. This project is meant to remove barriers for those accessing supports.
