Project Community Connections! Together Again! Is meant to bring people together for learning and socializing. Mental wellness will be discussed with target groups - youth and seniors and connecting with organizations that serve both populations.

Impact/Outcome

The project has youth being more involved and the hope is, as it takes off, they will continue to grow in numbers, have an area of their own and be ambassadors to others. We hope that the messages of support and mental health being something we all have, there will be less stigma and judgement and more reaching out and walking with others through it.
