The community of Castor is seeing a renewal of people wanting to be involved in offering community activities, so this project is following up on a community survey that identified the mental health struggles of many community members by holding strategic planning workshops and focus groups involving community members of all ages and backgrounds. They are also including community members with lived experience of mental health challenges to share their stories which can help to reduce stigma and provides opportunities to develop powerful connections.

The group/community are realizing this is something with substance and will continue to grow and support programs that bring mental health information to everyone.
