The Community Wellness Collective "Connect and Thrive" will work together in the Peace Region to promote and support rural community mental health and wellbeing. 

This will be a three year project from 2025-2027 that will begin with building awareness of the Rural Mental Health Project in the region (Fairview, Grimshaw, Worsley, Hines Creek) through various community engagement strategies by creating opportunities for connections. Through community engagement efforts they will be able to recruit new Animators for each of the four communities. In year two they plan to create a multi-sectoral Action Team that will work on asset mapping, priority setting, and building action plans and the final year will see this plan put into action.
