Natasha (Tasha) Bozek is the Community Grant Specialist for the Rural Mental Health Project. She was born and raised in Moncton, NB and moved to her husband’s hometown of Castor, AB after he retired from the Canadian Armed Forces. Tasha has been involved with grants in a variety of settings and roles over the past 25 years. Her training and education in psychology, criminology, education, and counselling along with her lived experience, work in the non-profit sector and making rural Alberta her home have fueled her passion for rural mental health. Tasha is looking forward to working with and supporting Animators as they strive to strengthen the mental wellbeing of their community.
